I went to this location because it's 5 min from my house. Asked for an oil change, tire rotation, and multiple point visual inspection. This should have been 115.00. I was charged 300.00. the women said I asked for the filters and all to be replaced but the manager would call me next day because she couldn't give a refund. The manager never called. I left 4 voicemails and did not receive a response. I lost 200.00 because this place doesn't listen and customer service is mom existent. I will not return!
