This was maybe the worst inspection company i could've ever gone with. My realtor (who referred me) and i both agree this was a substandard job with continuing disappointment. The contractor, AC maintenance, Roofing company, Plumbing i brought in to do work all had the exact same reaction. Shock. Significant issues that either should have been looked at and reported to me were not. Mold, leaks, rusty plumbing, AC units not placed correctly or safely... to name a few. Can't begin to describe the disappointment with this company. What did i even pay for?

The owner, Mike was very professional and thorough. He’s done a couple inspections for us and in the first case saved us from a bad deal. I highly recommend Florida Inspection Services!
I've used Florida Inspection Services a couple of times now and I can't be happier with their services. The first gentleman that worked with me (I don't remember his name) was very professional and I had a great time during the entire inspection. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Today, I had the pleasure to work with Mike Carcaise, which was also very friendly and professional. I'm really happy with them and I will definitely use them again.
