Want to give a huge thanks to Joshua at Flow VW of Burlington for getting my sons MK6 GTI back off injured reserved list when another VW dealer/service shop gave us the run around. Intake valves blasted, new intake (recalled/warrantied), new coils, DSG service and new clutch pack. We drove over an hour to give him the opportunity to earn our business and he went above and beyond, even drove out to our home and delivered car on a Sunday. She's running better than ever!! We have (2) other VW's that will go to Flow VW of Burlington for anything other than on oil change.

I had to return a few days later for a small repair and had no issues. The Matthew and the rest of the service team were amazing. They explained this issue and rectified it within a day. I contacted over six VW dealers in my area and VW Burlington was by far and away the best pre-sales experience on this purchase and on the best for me ever. Additionally, throughout the process, they were always ready and prepared as I traveled an hour each visit with young children. Special thanks to Mike Thorne, Betty Davis and Lex for being professional, ready, and making it 'easy' to make the decision, buy and take delivery. I just purchased a 2017 Subaru Forester at Flow in Burlington. From beginning to end, they made the process really simple and were flexible in letting me come in for a test drive. Lori was wonderful to work with! She went above and beyond to keep me updated with my car and was responsive through email. I was never worried that she had forgotten about me, as has been my experience at other places. I let her know my budget, and she was respectful of that and didn't try to sell me cars out of my budget. Lori also facilitated me getting the interior updated which, originally, was a light colored cloth. I chose to get black leather instead and couldn't be happier. Lori even emailed me pics of the different colors of leather to choose from, and she emailed me pics of the finished interior the day before I picked up my car, just to make sure I loved it. She also explained all of the tech things in the car and helped me get everything set up. I got a great financing rate, and Brooks made the paperwork part easy. Can't recommend them enough!

Welcome to Car Max! No haggle pricing. No discounts on DOC Fees. This is the place to buy a car (New or Used) if you enjoy paying full sticker price and don't mind paying 600 in "DOC" fees. What if you are a cash buyer who doesn't need the services of the F&I office you say? No matter, just fork over the 600 "DOC" fee for the pleasure and privilege of buying from such a nice dealership. Leave your negotiation skills at home kids because you simply will not need them here! Just pick your vehicle and pay them their full asking price! All vehicles are clearly marked with their "best price" so you already know you are getting the best deal possible on the vehicle! Buying a car doesn't get any easier. So easy you have to wonder what function a "Sales Manager" or "Sales Associate" serves in such an environment. Well, on second thought, someone has to bring out the keys for the test drive I guess.
