If you are shopping for a new or used vehicle, Flow is the place to go! Erin Beatson helped my mom with the purchase of a new 2020 Jetta and the process was flawless and stress-free. Erin was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and even checks in with us after the sale to make sure we don't have any questions or concerns. Howard, the Jetta Sales manager, was also a huge help to us. My mom lost her vehicle in hurricane Isaias and Howard helped us with the insurance claim and was very patient while we waited on the insurance company. Steven in the financial department was also a delight to work with. Everyone at Flow was very friendly and helpful. We have never had such a positive experience at a car dealership before. Unlike other dealers, Erin and Howard were not pushy and they catered to our needs. I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. I have nothing but positive things to say about Flow of Charlottesville and the staff employed there. I recently worked a deal on 2 new Volkswagens for company cars and the team that managed the deal was nothing less than stellar. Amonte Harvey the brand specialist was always prompt, cordial, and honest. Even after an onslaught of questions, changes, and overall indecisiveness there was never any hesitation to continue providing a superb level of service. Now that I have had my car just a week now Amonte has checked in several times to ensure my satisfaction as well as giving me the opportunity to ask any questions as I start to really learn the new car. What a breath of fresh air to see that there is still some integrity to be found in an industry forever plagues with horror stories. I can not recommend the team here enough especially Amonte. They have certainly earned my business for many years to come.
