I was in search of a home inspection and needed to get it quick, fast and in a hurry. My realtor and I started calling around and getting quotes and this company was the most reasonable. I spoke with John and scheduled my appointment for the same weekend. He was very nice, professional and on time. He completed the inspection and right away gave us our verbal view of what needed to be done. Because I needed the written inspection ASAP, John was able to deliver that in a timely manner. Upon receiving the report it was exceptional. Very clear, straight to the point and great pictures. With John's help we were able to have our seller fix all the issues that needed to be addressed. I would definitely use them again and refer them to anyone looking for an Inspector.

Really exceptional customer service and professionalism. Responds extremely quickly to calls, emails, and texts. Made us feel very comfortable, and provided a clear and very complete inspection.
