I called to inquire about tuning my piano. The woman who answered the phone was very dismissive and rude. I accidentally gave the wrong dimension for my piano and she snickered and laughed at me. She then stated they only tune Yamaha and grand pianos. She made me feel very minimized and discouraged. Very disappointing for a local business.

Owners and Staff are very helpful and accommodating; resolve issues expeditiously and with great care. Very customer oriented. Instructors are professional and approachable. My experience has been nothing less than 5 stars. Highly recommend SoS!

A wonderful school. Very well run. It has a friendly professional feel. All but one of the teachers we ran into was excellent.
Love this store. I daughter used to go there. Everyone is nice and caring.
