The most rewarding hour of your day is at Fly Feet. The staff and coaches are amazing, everyone is incredibly friendly and the workouts push you to your limit. The coaches cater to your level of fitness so you can be successful in your fitness journey and accomplishing your goals. I’ve been attending Orange Theory classes for the last few years and I needed a new studio that challenged me and also provided a one of a kind culture. So happy to have found Fly Feet!

Love this work out. Great combination of strength and running speed workout in Tread and Shred. I like the variety, the challenge, and the encouragement from the instructors! If you haven’t already, you gotta check them out!

Absolutely the best workout studio and experience in the cities. As someone who started going that was already active, the coaches have pushed me past my limits to try things I didn't know I could do - it's been so cool to see how fast and strong I've become. That being said, everything is super scalable so you don't have to be a runner, you don't even to be active, the coaches will guide you through it and tailor the workouts to your needs. And it's an amazing supportive community. Love you Fly Feet!

I joined Fly Feet Running shortly after they opened the Downtown Minneapolis location. The classes are amazing and have helped me get into the best shape of my life! They are currently offering Virtual Memberships to keep members engaged and active during these tough circumstances. Fly Feet’s daily emails, virtual workouts, and weekly challenges keep me motivated and are the highlight of my day! Looking forward to the day when I can see my Fly Feet peeps again :-)

One of the best workouts I've ever experienced in Minneapolis. I've been taking classes regularly for the last 1.5 years and no two classes are formatted the same. Yes, they focus on the same fundamental movements, but the variety and community keep me coming back for more! All of the coaches are knowledgeable and committed to focusing on technique, form and making you a better, faster and stronger runner!

UNICORN! @#%! I only write that when I find something that seems so awesome that it doesn't seem real. I also have a YMCA membership. The Y has it's place, but here is the main difference. If you do a workout here you know the people teaching the class have your back meaning they understand empathy. If they ask you to run 100 mph it is only because they have tried to do the same thing themselves. Overall think of this place as a treat for your brain. How often can you say that after a crazy workout? My brain feels amazing. Have an open mind and challenge yourself. I know you won't be disappointed.
