I have no words to explain how unprofessional and heartless are staff at this funeral, I understand due to Covid-19 pandemic everything is delay but they kept on giving us the run around for everything. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Lack of responsibility!

I do not recommend Ingold Funeral & Cremation they are unprofessional, lack sensitivity, cruel, heartless. My best friend lost her son and they did not treat him with the respect he deserved, they were also insensitive to his mother's wishes. Please do not expose your loved ones to this place your love ones deserve better treatment and so do you. It has been a nightmare for my friend since she lost her son, Ingold Funeral & Cremation added to her nightmare. 9/9/20
A very wonderful place!! When my father passed away they where caring and very professional!!! Everything turned out great just the way we planned they worked with us they asked us if we need anything words can’t express how wonderful they made that day for us to bury her father I recommend them to anyone who is in need of a funeral home they are the best
Experiencing the loss of a loved one is usually unbearable to almost anyone. The most important part is to surround yourself with people who are there to support you. From the start, Jessica gave us the support in such a professional manner in handling my Mother's funeral services. They never tried to upsell us and were very informative with any questions we had. The rest of the staff were wonderful as well. They almost seem like they are a part of your family and they speak to you in a very calm voice when directing you to the room of the wake. The facility is clean and gives a welcoming feel. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.
Jessica assisted me with making my Mom's arrangements. She listened, was very respectful, and helped put together a beautiful service for Mom. The slide show was so very comforting and just beautifully done. Our family is grateful for the professional, respectful assistance, and all the help that you and others at Ingold provided during this very difficult time. Please accept my heartfelt thanks.
