This is an amended review from my previous 1-star - I'd like to make it a point to say that they went from a 1-star experience to a 5-star experience which in my history of leaving reviews on Google & Yelp it is very rare for this to happen. We had a very turbulent experience with two salespeople and one of the customer service representatives. It ranged from salespeople not being familiar with equipment to miscommunication (and lack of entirely). I submitted a review on Google after having already discussed my issues with one of their customer service representatives without resolution. When the management team was made aware of the issues they IMMEDIATELY reached out personally to address my concerns. They came in person to our business to discuss my concerns and identify a solution. The management team was not confrontational, agreed that it was an issue, and thanked me for bringing it to their attention. They shared with us the plan to prevent similar mistakes/issues from happening to other customers in the future and offered several options for how to keep us as a customer. I can truly appreciate the prompt and customer satisfaction response. My initial impression of them may not have been the greatest, but after a second chance I can confidently say it is a company I am happy to do business with in the future.

Our church brews their coffee and everyone loves it. Big difference in quality over other house brands. I've also tried the flavored coffee and was very impressed - Pumpkin Spice and Hazelnut were both just right.
