Dealt with Tony in service and they did a fantastic job. I run a service department myself and these guys exceeded my expectations. Kept me up to date via email on a regular basis. I never had to call to find out what was up because he was so proactive with information. I wish we could be that proactive at my dealership at times!! Great job guys and thanks for the hard work.

Bought a new lift 2014. had a lot of problems with it. To many to list. Their field guy's did not know how to work on the new lift. Wasted a lot of money letting them work on the lift that they never fixed. Atlanta market. Now i use Bailey's to work on the lift. They are good. Stay away from Thompson Lift Truck Company.
