Buyer beware.....it seamed like these people are professional. We had looked at a 3 stage lift that they had posted for sale, we are looking at another one from another company as well. When the rep from forklift exchange called after they sent us an email we decided to purchase the loader. They said they would send us an email with payment info and that we could pick up whenever. At this time we called the other loader we were looking at to let them know that we had purchased another forklift and that we did not need theirs anymore. Later in the day the same rep called and told us they could not sell us the forklift anymore. Not very upstanding and worth their word. Try another company we will.
