Dental office is Care Credit happy only!!!!! No accountability for my lack of concern when a crown had a hole I could feel. Also lack of follow up care. Very disappointing.... Called several times with no results. Only want the money!!! Be aware !!!!

Had an absolutely stellar experience getting a veneer re-cemented onto a tooth. The veneer was placed by a different dentist (I am visiting from out of town, faaaar out of town) but FCDG was able to get me in on short notice when the original bonding gave out. Was helped during the pandemic and the office staff did an excellent job of following social distancing and other covid requirements. Paperwork was completed ahead of time online, so they just collect your signature electronically on a pad when you get there. I was 10 min early, and they accomodated me 5 min before my scheduled appointment time. I have a very common name but they ensured my records were not confused with another patient. They were very informative through every step of the process and I was literally out the door within 35 minutes of entering the building. Absolutely the most efficient dental experience I have ever had in almost 50 years of service. FCDG came highly recommended by my niece and I can completely understand why.

I had a chipped crown that need immediate care. I called my regular dentist and they couldn't get me in for days. I called FCDGO and they worked me into their schedule that day. I needed a new crown and they got a permanent crown in for me. Everyone was very nice and professional.

Kayla, the receptionist, is freaking amazing! She's kind, patient, willing to explain everything without getting annoyed. Emma, the hygienist is also great. She announces what she's going to do each step of the way so you know what's going on. Between her and Dr. Welsh, they both kept me in the loop and were so accommodating. I have jaw issues and they kept checking in to see if I needed a break, let me know when I could close my mouth, and they both were so patient as we tried to find the sensitive spot on my crown. I got a root canal there by a Dr who's name I can't remember, but he was quick and him and his assistant were also very cognisant of my jaw and offering me breaks the whole time. I put off my root canal for 2 years because I disliked my previous dentist and because of finances and this office staff put me at ease and didn't judge me prioritizing things according to my budget.

Very happy with my experience so far at Fort Collins Dental Group. I first visited for a chipped tooth and Dr. Walsh fixed it quickly with no issues. She was friendly and very helpful. I had such a great experience I decided to look into orthodontics and got braces several months later. They have been easy to work with through the whole process.

I love this office! Dr. Welsh is very personable and kind. She never makes me feel like she is too busy to see me even if the office is filled with patients. I used to be weary about going to the dentist but not since I started going here! She does an excellent job at explaining how my teeth are looking as well as the process of checking out the health of my gums and teeth. Even my teeth cleaning is completely painless!
