We stayed at this resort last night. We chose a premium site (10 extra) which apparently backed up to a river (which we couldn’t see), so we had no rear neighbors. It was a lovely site and we were quite happy with it. There is no WiFi at this park and they would not allow our car dolly at our site, we had to unhook it and store it across the street and they charged an extra 10 for it. All in, one night cost us 77. Pretty pricey. There are also extra taxes because the property is on native land. That said, it is well maintained and very tidy. When researching Phoenix area RV parks, many had terrible reviews (a lot seem to have security issues). This one is a good park, but that comes at a price.

This is a really nice RV park. It’s only 20 minutes from Scottsdale, but it’s so scenic and secluded at the park. There are lots of saguaros and other pretty plants all around the park and you can see the mountains in every direction. There’s also a couple of communal gas grills and shaded picnic tables by the pool. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to COVID but it looked very inviting. The sites were paved, level and spacious. The WiFi was intermittent but our cell service was great.

Nice, clean quiet place. Only problem is no picnic tables.

Extremely picky

This place is the most unresponsive, unaccommodating RV resort I'm come across in over 30 years. Calling it a esort\ means someone provides service. This place provides NONE! All they have is rules. You're better off pitching a tent or staying in a Walmart parking lot. They remind you it's peak season if you're trying to reserve in the Spring, acting like they're doing you a favor. Avoid this place at all costs! I'd give it zero stars if allowed.

Great spot! Nice and quiet (other than neighbors breaking up). Saw the wild horses while on my walk!!
