We just wrapped up our 4 week birthing class and let me tell you, we are AMPED for birth now! Christine answered questions we didn’t even know we had, and left us feeling empowered and ready for our birth. Christine is compassionate and easy to understand/follow. We would recommend this service to anyone. We wish we had a doula now... maybe the next baby :)

My wife and I decided to have our third child as a home birth after having 2 c-section births. We had never attended a birthing class before, but this time we wanted to be more educated so we could feel confident going into it. I didn’t know what to expect going to class, but hoped it would help my wife and I through was had previously been a traumatic process. Christine’s program is something every parent should attend regardless of whether or not it’s their first child or third child. I feel so much more knowledgeable about the whole process from dealing with our health professionals, to working through contractions. I honestly never knew there were different stages of labor and what to look for in each stage until I took her class. Needless to say my wife and I are so happy we attended and would recommend her class as well as her company’s doula services to anyone.

We took The Mindful Birth Services birthing class. It was absolutely fantastic. So informative, intimate and hands on. All of the information is applicable to the beautiful birthing process. You cannot get this information from a book! As a first time mother, there are so many unknowns. However, after taking her class I feel empowered and ready for the wonderful birthing day to come. I could not recommend this class enough!
