I can’t say enough good things about these people! I had a 100 year old grandfather clock shipped down from the northeast. They took it to their shop, fixed it earlier than they anticipated, set it up and made a second house call to check on it. They cleaned it thoroughly and set it back up. Their fee was very reasonable for the level of service. Later, they called every day, sometimes twice, to check on its status and to make sure it was working properly. Very professional, polite and always on time! I was in clinical medicine for 40 years, and their dedication and interest in my clock reminded me of a concierge-type doctor patient relationship. Outstanding, in every way.
