My experience with “The water heater guy” was terrific!! I contacted Chris on Sunday and he replied right away even though it was the weekend. Chris was very responsive, knowledgeable and answered every question we had regarding the different brands offered. Pricing was extremely reasonable as well and within 24 hours we had a brand new hot water heater installed and the job was flawless. Hands down the best customer service and pricing in Collier county. No need to look anywhere else if you need to replace a hot water heater. These guys are the best!!!

Miguel, provided excellent timely service replacing our water heater. His price was very competitive and I enjoyed trying to negotiate a lower price. The technicians were on time and efficient. The old water heater was leaking there was a puddle of water on garage floor. These guys swept the water up and left the work area in better shape than they found it. They wore masks and were Courteous; efficient; professional. Glad I found this company. Will call them again for work in the future
