Beautiful store, well stocked with anything you may need in your kitchen. These are quality items that will last you a lifetime. Great gifts for anyone who loves to cook. So many wonderful options. Staff was lovely to me. I saw some reviewers did not think so, but all the staff I spoke with were helpful and friendly. Recommend this store absolutely.
I love Williams-Sonoma so much. I've been a customer for years. I walked onto this store today and was helped by a woman who is in the wrong profession. She clearly wanted nothing to do with helping me. Short answers and an attitude. I confronted her and she never apologized. She actually said, "I don't know how I can help you any further"! I was buying the Anoka precision cooker. She told me to Google it before I buy it. No confidence in the products she sells. Thankfully another woman came over to help me. She was great.

Stopped in and bought some of William Sonoma's Nespresso coffee pods for our espresso machine. These are the worst pods I've ever spent this much money on. I'll pay 2 per pod for good tasting pods, These ones are very weak even as a straight coffee shot. I made 3 of these in a small mug and drank them straight and black and they are weaker than most store bought coffee and these are espresso pods. The Pumpkin and Peppermint are very lacking in flavor. I don't recommend buying these pods unless you like very light roast coffee with very little flavor, they are like watered down coffee. The Starbucks pods I picked up next door at Bed Bath Beyond are amazing, less money and very bold in flavor.
So i just called to ask if they do knife sharpening..... they said yes but not right now because of Covid.... um.... that makes no sense... you’re open. There is no risk to the knife sharpener LOL. They couldn’t even explain the rationale. FYI Sur La Table does it for 5 a knife.... yeah. This place is skyrocketing into closing down.
Fabulous store. My wife and I shop here frequently. We love our All Clad cookware.....
I have a health condition and unable to wear a mask, I am not allowed to shop inside their store according to them. I was going to spend hundreds of dollars on new kitchen stuff but will take my business somewhere else that does not require a mask to shop.
