This was my first new bike purchase, and the process was seamless. Hayden and Evan were great to work with. When they couldn't find the exact bike we were looking for they worked with us to get us into a better bike that fit our needs. The while team at Fort Wayne Harley was awesome as well. You really are part of the family once you walk through the doors, even if you are just browsing. This was the main reason for going to this dealership, seamless buying process, both low pressure sales, and the great staff!

I must admit, even though my husband mostly dealt with the individuals involved with today's experience, it was pretty awesome. It's not very often you go to a dealership and they make sure you interact with each department: business, clothing/ apparel, parts, and maintenance. They listened to you and took your words into consideration when buying a new Motorcycle. They offer options and will do their best to accommodate you. They make you feel like you are doing them a favor in buying their product rather than making it feel like they are the ones doing the favor. Awesome job guys keep up the good work! Best experience ever at a Harley shop! We were greeted immediately by sales associate Evan Emrick who was extremely helpful and patient in helping me and my wife pick out the perfect bike for us. Even going as far as to hold and entertain our 18 month old son while we sat on a few different bikes. Never once feeling pressured or rushed in any way. He bent over backwards to get us into the right bike at a price we could afford! Thank you to Evan and the whole Harley Davidson of Fort Wayne team for making this such an easy process!
