Excellent service would highly recommend for any Security services , equipment etc They have it all!!!! We have had them for Years Great customer and technician services We recently had a Serious situation at home with our Dog being harmed we called them, They had showed up right away added extra cameras to the needed area!!! Showed so much compassion to our situation!!! Thank you to all employees that helped !!! Especially Christopher showed so much care in our situation ( his helper also) answered all questions that needed answers Christopher is very knowledgeable Best tech we’ve had in years!!!! J Stein

THEY WERE RUDE AND LAUGHED AS THEY WALKED AWAY. THEY WALKED THROUGH MY GRASS AND HONKED THEIR ALARM ON THERE VEHICLE. GOING GIVE US A FREE SYSTEM IF I DISPLAY THEIR SIGNS FOR 3 MONTHS. THEY POPPED A JOKE/LAUGHED AFTER I SAID I DON'T BELIEVE YOU.

We have been an ADT customer for several years and we have never had a knowledgeable and customer-centric technician such as Mike. Mike made us feel (without ever verbalizing) that he cared about our safety. He cared that we understood the type of products he had installed for us and how to use them. We personally believe Mike should be in a leadership position to train other technicians soft skills in addition to the hardware skills he possessed that would further advance the ADT brand. We were impressed.
