I am in the process of purchasing a home in Fort Worth that already has solar panels installed. The current owner of the home had no information on the installer or the type and condition of the solar panel system. So, I had to call different solar companies around the area to try to locate the original installer. I was about to give up because every solar panel company I called declined to offer me any information or help in examining the system to see if it was in proper working condition, simply because they did not install it. Running into dead ends, I finally called Array of Solar and spoke with Jeremy. Even though Array of Solar did not install the panels on this home, Jeremy gladly offered to meet at the home to look over the system at no cost to me. Not knowing anything about solar panels myself, Jeremy walked me through the entire system and gave me valuable information on how the panels functioned as well as help me identify who the original installer was in order to get the warranty information from that company. Jeremy even took the time to call the original installer for me to find out what type of panels were installed as well as identify the total electricity output and other details of the system. I could not have acquired this information on my own and I felt much more comfortable knowing that the solar panel system was properly installed and working correctly. From the standpoint of customer service alone, I would highly recommend Jeremy and Array of Solar. I'm not even a current customer of Array of Solar and Jeremy was still generous enough to take time out and go over the entire system with me as well as answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend this company.

I love how I can see solar production from my phone. The service is exceptional. We just have solar installed on our roof. Array of Solar has a team of the best specialists in the field; you are properly informed of all aspects of the installation and the functions of your system. They remain with you until all the appropriate inspection of the system is satisfactorily completed by the city council. They are honest.
Has been a great experience from the quote to the customer service. They installed without me lifting a finger. Jeremy is very honest, which is hard to find often. Our panels work better than we thought, and Array was at our house within one day when we had some wind damage. THAT is service!
