Food is very good here and doesn’t take long to cook it. You choose what you want and they cook it for you. The staff was real nice and this place is worth coming to.

First of all I want to say how I appreciate how I called to ask for prices since it would be my first time going they took awhile maybe a minute but I hung up the phone well the host called me back WHICH IS THE FIRST TIME ANY RESTAURANT CALLS ME BACK SO PROFESSIONAL! Love it. 2nd of all the Customer service was amazing when we got there they broken down to us on how everything worked definitely will recommend and come back more often, thank you Ms. Passion at Bryant Irving! The best customer service my kids even loved her personality literally all of loved her.
The staff was friendly and helpful. They have hand sanitizer and gloves for the counters where you pick your ingredients. Brian was our waiter and he went above and beyond. He did an amazing job!
I love this Genghis Grill! Its the only one I go to. The manager and staff are so kind. The food always comes out right here! One of my favorite places to eat, definitely worth the drive.
So when first walking in it was a great experience but after about 45 seconds after sitting down we realized it was going to be a downhill experience. First was the servers who were more concerned with charging their phones then acknowledging we needed some help. Second the silverware we received 1 out of two was dirty asked for some clean ones and received two more dirty ones. Third if I know I was going to have to put gloves on to get my food instead of just having one or two employee s help customers since so many were just texting and scrolling social media. You must put on xtra large gloves to shovel your own ingredients into a bowl. Yes I get it that’s how this restaurant is run normally but you have to think about this. It’s during a pandemic having one person handle the tongs and spice canisters instead of a 100 people who don’t know to NOT TOUCH YOUR FACE OR NOSE AFTER PUTTING THE GLOVES ON. So as I said I get it you wanted to open back up but I would recommend you may want to change how you do things to help prevent the spread of covid in your location cause you don’t know who has it or doesn’t have it.
