If you need foundation work, read my review, it may save you money. I sold a rental home and the inspection showed that I may need some foundation work. I at first called a few foundation companies for bids but what happened is they each told me I needed a different number of pilings (from 16-20) and in different places. I thought it strange that they were also only there for around 20 minutes. I then realized that they make more money if they install more pilings so the worse they say it is the more they make. Instead of paying around 5000 for the repairs I decided to hire GreenWorks to do an inspection and provide a professional foundation engineering report, it was less than 500. Paul (awesome guy) was there for over 2 hours doing the inspection and taking lots of measurements in every room and inspecting everything. The result is that I only needed 4 pilings not the 20 the foundation companies said I needed. The result is that I only needed to pay 1500 for my foundation instead of 5000. Mike J
