My experience here has always been great. Crystal is super knowledgeable and has been there at least 3 years (probably more). She’s seen it all and is caring, compassionate, and truly listens to your needs. She definitely goes above and beyond to make it a great experience. You can be sure you’ll leave happy under Crystal’s care!

I spoke with a guy named Taylor who gave me nothing but red flags. I felt like all he wanted me to agree on was the most money possible. I was told that I would need 2500 grafts. He called me this afternoon and was putting me on the spot to pay a deposit. I told him that I could bring the deposit in Monday, but he insisted to take the money from my card over the phone. I asked if less grafts would be cheaper in price, and I was told that 1200 grafts would only save me around a thousand dollars. I also found out that the surgeon doesn't even do the procedure, he simply gives you a shot to numb your head and the technicians do the procedure. Another red flag. I also got him to tell me that the deposit was non-refundable. He was just far too pushy and made me feel like he was a snake oil salesman, than someone who had my best interest at heart. I'm going to shop around and not jump with the first person I spoke with. Basically if you don't feel comfortable and see the red flags, don't fall for it.
