Josue helped us because the guy my husband originally made the appointment with was on the phone when we arrived. Josue went above and beyond to make our experience smooth and easy. He emphasized how they all work as a team and help each other. It was obvious in all his actions and he was honest and very knowledgeable. He was able to clearly explain all the many features of the Certified 2019 GMC Sierra Denali we bought. The paperwork went smoothly and efficiently. We will definitely recommend Josue and this dealership to anyone looking to buy another vehicle.

Can’t say enough great things about the Service Department and the experience I received from Justin Davidson and his technicians on a recent visit. I pulled in late on Thursday afternoon when my 2021 Sierra was experiencing some major issues. I was traveling through Fort Worth on my way to West Texas with over 300 miles to go. Justin was honest with me and said it was late but would try to get someone to look at my vehicle. He indeed was able to get a tech to not only look at my vehicle, but get it fixed and back on he road with reassurance that the issue was resolved. His communication was outstanding and I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle to get it serviced at Hiley. Thanks so much to Justin and crew for getting me safely home!

I have worked with Misty several times and each experience has been absolutely wonderful. She ensures all of my questions/concerns are addressed and goes above and beyond to make sure all of your needs are taken care of well before you even arrive. She is fantastic about communication and will give you a call with any updates. Easy purchase experience. Jason was very helpful. We now have a new 2020 GMC TERRAIN SLE FWD. 32,288.72 is how much I think we are going to pay after 84 payments. That includes a 75,000 mile warranty plan. The only complaint we have is that our 2010 Dodge Caliber Mainstreet was not very important as a trade in. I think they offered less than 500 dollars for it.
