Basically, make sure whatever you purchase works PRIOR to leaving the store and following through with the purchase. I purchased a hot water heater, upon unboxing noticed the unit was not only upside down in the box but appeared to have been used before. We plugged it in and of course, IT DID NOT WORK. Upon trying to return it, not only was I told that I had to contact the manufacturer and THEN bring it back but was accused of having it for an extended amount of time, using it and then trying to bring it back EVEN THOUGH my receipt CLEARLY reflected the purchase being less than 24 hours old. I gave ALL the details regarding my concerns that I had when I actually opened the box, they didn’t seem to care nor take it into consideration. I shouldn’t have went through with the purchase after seeing the MASSIVE DISASTER in the back of the store but everyone makes mistakes. Words of advise, look at your purchase thoroughly prior to buying it or simply go to Home Depot where they’ll gladly help you WITH A SMILE.

Please let paint department know where this is located. Most painters like myself use this. It is in the flooring department

So... I go to lumber section and need a few pieces cut. Their saw is always broken... or they put up that sign because no one wants to cut. I find it laughable that a home improvement store with thousands of home improvement tools can’t keep a saw working... or have someone capable of running it on hand. Not too customer service friendly

After my previous attempt to purchase a toilet at another orange store that I will not name I was pleasantly surprised at the ease in which my task was completed the youngman working in the plumbing department was not exceptionally helpful but he did answer my questions with as few words as he could it just looked so painful for him to assist me anywho I'm pleased with the quality of the product for the price all in all maybe my expectations of great customer service may not be the norm anymore

This store is some disarray, hard to find actual store employees. Lots of people moving things around - lots of things don't have pricing. Management and seasonal change, perhaps. We got what we needed anyway, just took a while to find things. Military discount still good. Will revisit in a couple of weeks as previous visits have all been pleasant.
