I have came across some bad and not so bad companies, but This company is by far THE WORST!!! they have the worst staffing coordinator, that Never give you a call to let you know who the caregiver is or time and her excuse is got to busy to call or somebody should have reach out to you and let you know. The caregivers that are sent are very unprofessional and look like they just got out of bed very improper They talk about their clients and what situation they are in and complain about their pay they didn't get enough training they are hired on with no experience Poor Quality of Training. Worst company I have ever hired for my family member they need a new coordinator with a BETTER ATTITUDE!!! New Management not sure if she is the owner, But she the only person I have talk to half the time, and BETTER PROFESSIONAL TRAINED CAREGIVERS THAT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING If I could rate this company a BIG ZERO that's what it would be.

As a previous employee, Right at Home was the best home health agency I've ever worked for! Norma was always understanding and worked around my schedule and she is also GREAT at pairing clients with caregivers PERFECTLY! They treat their employees with the up most respect and are very professional! Thats not even speaking on the service!!! You see after I had to quit to take care of my father, it became very difficult to handle all the responsibilities on my own and became very stressful! I called my previous boss Norma from Right at Home and she was so willing to help me with all my troubles and provided me with the best caregiver I could ask for! Things have been great! I highly recommend them!! Thank you Right at Home!!!

This company took care of my mom in her final days making sure that she was comfortable and happy. They were attentive to her needs and mine and made every attempt to make sure she was taken care of. The staff was very professional and always were in communication with me about the caregivers who were being sent and their qualifications for the job...they made a rough time much easier for everyone....I highly recommend them to anyone needing help
