I have worked at Stonegate for almost a year and I LOVE MY JOB!! I get to work with a great team and we all play our parts. I feel like we are really like a little family trying to help other families. Even through these crazy times we smile, work hard and do our very best. I love our residents and they are the icing on the cake for me.

Stonegate is the absolute best facility to have a loved one at. The staff there treat your loved ones as family. My grandfather is currently doing rehabilitation there and since before he went to Stonegate they were going over and beyond to ensure that he will not only be comfortable but have the best care team! My mother is a manager there and she loves her job. She has been with the company for almost 20 years and she trains her staff to have that same family oriented foundation that she has. It all comes naturally and I’m extremely blessed and proud to be apart of the Stonegate family.
I am Extremely Impressed!!!!!!!!!!! I have never had to go to a rehab facility in my life. But there's a first time for everything. I had surgery and had to have rehab. I am so glad that this facility was referred to me by my Granddaughter's mother. She thinks the world of her job and is always bragging about and trying to sell her excitement in regards to Stonegate. She's been working there for at least 19 years. Well now I'm going to have to join her campaign for telling all who will listen about just how wonderful it is there, now that I have seen it for myself. The staff goes way beyond my expectations in reference to my care. And the food was Great . They're always checking on me and they have not missed one beat. So if you're ever in need of rehab, this is the place to be, and I'm so happy for being able to go here to get better. Wow what a wonderful surprise ️ STONEGATE
This review is about the medical transport service Senior Care of Stonegate provides to drive patients to med appointments, etc. The service is outstanding in every respect. For 2-1/2 weeks in Oct, my wife was a rehab patient at Stonegate and used their wheelchair-accessible transport van twice while there. Each time, the main driver, Linda, visited my wife in her room in advance to coordinate the trip, determining each destination and the time she needed to arrive. For each trip, the driver came to her room well ahead of time, loaded my wife into the van, drove carefully, and arrived on time. For medical appointments, she knew the location of medical offices and accompanied my wife inside the building to the appropriate floor and suite. She was careful, cheerful, respectful, knowledgeable and conscientious. On one occasion, I offered the driver a generous tip, but she refused it, saying, “That’s not what we do this for,” which I understood to mean that they provide great service not for tips but because they care about the patients. The process of loading the patient onto the van was quick and easy. The van has a very sturdy, high-quality lift to load driver and patient in through the rear of the van. The driver wheels the patient forward into the van, secures the wheelchair with quick-connect/disconnect straps, and provides a seatbelt for the patient. The van was very clean, with space for at least 2 wheelchairs and seats for those accompanying the patient. I strongly recommend this transport service.
I wanted to thank you all for the care my mother received at Stonegate during her time there. Thank you for your patience with my many questions and concerns and for following up with me. Most importantly, however, thank you for selecting excellent, professional healthcare providers. A special thanks to Nicole, Quetta, Sally (one of her first nurses), Steven (not sure if he's still there), and Weeder. I'm sure I'm forgetting people, but these people provided her with the kindest, most loving, caring, gentle, and professional care I could ask for. They were excellent with her and understanding about my concerns. I wish you all the best as you continue to provide excellent care for Stonegate's residents. I commend you for all you've done to minimize the risk of COVID and appreciated the measures you put in place early on. I know you've done your best. Blessings and prayers for all of you.
