This UPS Station was very accommodating and provided a dolly to help with our heavy packages. The young lady who assisted was pleasant and respectful. Covid protocols were followed. We had a very good experience here.

Service is mediocre. I’ve been to other UPS facilities that have better service. I Don’t recommend depending on same day pick up as that is not guaranteed even if you drive across town to get here.

UPS has missed 3 straight Saturday deliveries. They send the email it will be delivered . I track the package, never receive it or never receive notice that it will not be delivered. This coming Saturday will probably make 4 straight. I have confidence in UPS. Also have damage report in on the last box I receive last week. Hey but t least I got that one.
