All I can say is Dan rocks! I purchased a Tory Burch watch online , but it came with a very short strap. The store told me that it was the only size they had and I didn't want to return it. They advised me to get a new strap done by a cobbler. I was worried about the right color, the right length and width for the strap Found Fortuna's on Google, texted the picture to make sure it could be done and dropped the watch at the store. Dan took the time to explain the process, showed me a sample of the leather he was planning on using. The new strap was done perfectly and matches the watch. I'm a very satisfied customer!
