My grandma was here for three weeks and she had horrible care, the nurses would tell her to stop talking, stop complaining; the nurses were always late for giving pain meds; one of the main nurses \Shelby\ was rude to my grandma and her daughter; Grant the night nurse was excellent; nurses would tell care advocate that grandma was lying about care and were always rude and condescending; DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!! BEWARE!

Our experience was 50/50. One of the PT named Steve told my 93 year old grandmothers doctor that she could walk 50 ft (with a broken pelvic bone only days old) which was 100% false. After we got rid of him my grandmother started healing and receiving real PT. The rest of the staff treated my grandmother with kindness. Every time I visited the facility, my grandmother was clean, her bedding was clean and she was being fed regularly. My other complaint was there was a woman down the hall for my grandmother who was crying out loud that she needed help and she was in a pitch-dark room and one of their employees walked right by the room at the same time I did and I thought maybe she didn't hear her and so I said to the employee that the woman sounded like she needed help and that woman never went back to her room. Yes, for those of you who are wondering, I did say something to that employee before I left and let her know how unkind I thought that was. Svetlana was a great RN plus they have a room to have your hair done (at a reasonable extra cost) and they did a great job.

My grandma was in Manor Care and she says she felt like she was at home and Elizabeth and Linda and the rest of the staff treated her good and she recommends anybody to go there she says it’s the the best health service facility. - Connie Hernandez

At first my wife was stuffed between 2 patients making a 2 bed room into 3 bed room. There she shared the TV with woman who only watched chanel 2. It not a pleasant experience. She was moved to a 2 bed room on the first floor. The staff was nice but the facility is understaffed. Could not get help within a reasonable time. On a scale of 10 I would give Manor care a 5. On a scale of 5 a 2 1/2.

This is a nursing home for the patient who discharged from the hospital and requiring additional care such as stroke, severe illesses, and disability. The facility is very clean. The nursing home staffs are very friendly. This is a very organized nursing home. Not bad nursing home when you're in need for your loveone or for yourself
