Last year (February) I purchased my 2020 Dodge Durango SRT from this dealership. It is a vehicle that I've wanted for some time and worked hard for it as it is a 75,000 vehicle. The sales experience was great. Our saleswoman was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions and understand our needs. This review is not directly in regards to the time of purchase, but I wanted to give credit where it is deserved. The service writers are always nice and accommodate appointment times/loaners. However, they fall short in loaner vehicle quality compared to the car I own. At previous dealerships, I've always experienced getting a loaner that is equal to or better than my current vehicle. Where the quality falls extremely short is in the shop itself. The mechanics/technicians pay little to no attention to details when it comes to installing parts or diagnosing the issue of the car. Due to their lack of detail, I've had to return multiple times to the dealership to correct the same issues. This is a huge inconvenience and waste of time. Some examples include replacing my steering wheel which was installed not centered, techs not able to correct A/C whining noise (had to return to the dealership 4 different times), not correcting rattle noises caused by the subwoofer/sound system (had to return 2 different times). I will not be returning to this dealership based on my experience on repair quality

First time car buyer and had a wonderful experience. I found the car i liked online and went to the store for a test drive. Even in this hard time COVID the staff was nice and helpful. Joe was wonderful! Super nice and straight forward about everything with the car and the buying process. He was very friendly and personable and spent a lot of time asking my first time buyer questions. The finance team was helpful and we were in and out in under 3 hours. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.
