We rented a motorized wheel chair from All Star. They had a good selection to choose from. The chair was ready for pick up. It was very clean. The staff went in detail how to use it, how to charge it, and how to break it down so it would fit in our car, and how to set it back up again. The chair worked perfectly, and the staff was friendly and knowledgable. A good experience overall.

I needed a wheelchair for my mother who was visiting from Florida. SO fortunate to have found All Star Medical! They had different types of wheelchairs and sizes, walkers and the staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful, both with pick up and drop off. I’d highly recommend them for anyone looking for medical equipment, either temporarily or on a more permanent basis. Linda Franklin, TN

This place is aces! Came out of my orthopedic doctor appointment with a mission: get a medium size half calf walking boot. All Star came up! The messaging feature was so convenient so I could inquire if they have what I needed, while on my search incase they didn't. Got a message back within maybe 2-3 minutes, with a yes, the sizes (I didn't even think to include it in the original inquiry! So sorry!!) store there in Franklin, as well as the Hermitage location and the prices. was at the Franklin store within 15 minutes and the awesome man (I'm so sorry I did not get your name but I truly appreciate your help today!) was helping other guests, but acknowledged my arrival with eye contact and a head nod of \I'll be right with you\ I had a seat on a wheelchair maybe. He finished up and asked how he could help, before I could get out \I need a half calf walking boot\ he was leading me to the wall of them and asked if I was with whom he received the message, I was. He helped me find the correct size, showed me how to put it on. Even while waiting for the other two guests I was in and out in less than 15 minutes!

Mobility issues are a fairly new issue for me. The first interaction I've had with All Star was a phone call. I was considering buying a scooter used and asked if he (sorry, I can't remember his name) would mind sharing some information with me. I must admit, I was completely surprised by his willingness to walk me through the basics and what to look for. I decided to go up to the store and check out the scooters there. Again, he was kind, understanding, knowledgeable and patient. I haven't purchased one yet but I have rented from All Star 3 times now (twice at the Franklin location) and I can honestly say that I have had the same experience each time. If you are dealing with mobility issues, the last thing you need is someone to be callus, uncaring or to lack customer service skills---- this is definitely not something you will have to contend with at All Star.
