We got our home in 2000 And we got the best deal..We had got a single wide from them in 87 all so and we always got the best service. We would stop by to see Sharon and it was always like going home.And I was shock when I found out Sharon had passed away.I'm sorry some of you got a bad deal but I know if Sharon had been well you would have got what you ordered. RIP MY FRIEND

We placed an order for one of the more expensive mobile homes and verbally spoke with the owner and salesperson prior to placing the order. They verbally promised that the home would be the same as the model, and we would be in the home within two months or sooner. It is the middle of October. They decided where the house would sit on the lot, which they never mentioned their personal criteria before we signed the contract. Then the house arrived with the wrong floor throughout the entire house. The foundation pillars did not have dirt placed around them, clean-out plugs for sewer not tightened, float valve not working, and so much more. We asked for the same octagon steps that were in front of the model, but since we didn't put it in writing, we didn't get them. When I called to complain, it was clear that they would only do what was in writing. The appliances were changed, and the small print on the back of the contract says they can substitute appliances. You must have every nut, bolt, detail in writing. Once you pay them the only thing you will get is the details in writing. So don't assume anything.
Someone said 7 months ago the prices are too high. This business has been closed over a year, so thats out right silly. Good place until about 2010 when the last shares belonging to the Dudleys were gone. Now there is but a parking lot awaiting the next great business venture.
Bought a home there in September of 2012 and have nothing but issues with it. Poor quality, bad set-up. Would not recommend anyone to purchase a home from these people.
