Had a horrible experience. I had to call back several times and when I did call back and spoke with someone it still seemed as though there was no interest in helping me get with in my price range to purchase a house from them! Try Dutro, they are very friendly and remember everyone they work with!

They where very nice! Answered all of our questions that we had and was very willing to help us with anything we needed!
They use formaldehyde in their builds and their model homes reek. The man we met with was rude,condescending, and unprofessional. He talked over us, did not listen to what we said out budget was. He made wild assumptions about what we can afford and used our scheduled time to explain why we would never be able to afford to build. He also stepped out several times to assist other clients.
They acted like they didn't want to work with us. Go straight to the factory for better prices.
