Calling them is horrible, customer service is horrible & overall horrible experience. I ordered something online, it was apparently in stock and all the sudden it’s not. That same day, I confirmed in person it was out of stock. Later that evening, I received an email stating it was in stock and ready for pick up. What?! In person a few hours prior it wasn't even in stock! Even better? Our old dishwasher leaked all over the floor yesterday, even though we haven't even been using it. Had Lowe's given us the dishwasher on time like they had said, all of this would've been avoided and they wouldn't be receiving this terrible review. I will be taking my business to home depot.

Pretty much the same set up as Home Depot! Walking in the main entrance first isle to the left had all the cleaning and disinfect supplies! Actually had a fairly good amount of stock! We were actually looking for the disinfect wipes and some Swiffer wet pads, plenty of wipes! No Swiffer wet pads though. Also, we were looking for some shelving boards, which we will still have to cut bc if the odd size we need for a repurp project! They have a really nice selection of boards, in different types of wood and various sizes! As you can see below!

It was a pleasure to work with Patrick for my kitchen cabinets. He was very informative and helpful in assisting me with making the best decisions possible. I love how my kitchen renovation turned out. However, I have had to communicate with his counterpart Matt when Patrick was unavailable and it has been an absolutely nightmare. From being dismissive and impatient to blatantly lying. I highly recommend avoiding working with Matt at all cost.

Well the store is nice and clean and the folks who work there are lovely BUT the interface that shows location...aisle, bay etc...is horrid...I went in for one small but important product , armed on the app with the inventory volunteer, aisle number, bay number...and nadda...so I sought help....first lowes employee sent me to another dept all together...nadda...then another employee said he would cone help me find it and he could not find...same with employee number three...actually told me they were sold out despite my showing him app that showed inventory count at 6 ( and yes inventory. absolutely could have been wrong) ...nadda...FINALLY employee number four took me right to product....whew.....If it had not been very important and time sensitive, I would have given up and ordered online...which is never what a brick and mortar retailer wants to hear...
