I’ve been seen at a few different Shady Grove Locations and the Frederick location is the worst. The other reviews are accurate. Many of the staff are cold, indifferent or just outright rude. Working with some of the members of the Frederick team is a total buzzkill. The exception is Dr. Bromer; He is very nice and professional. I would recommend a different location like Rockville.

When you start your journey with any fertility clinic, please keep in mind you have to devote time, time, money and first of all patience and hope!!!!! It is a very busy clinic. Yes sometimes miscommunication happens as at any hospital it may. Yes it took lots of needles and lots of 3 hours trips for me to go and do everything necessary. However staff is very pleasant and always there for you early light. Mornings are busy but so every other hospital too. Doctor Bromer and Doctor Ross always supported us with every step. Specifically in this pandemic craziness! We were successful after 2nd try of IUI. My husband and I are extremely pleased of course. Don't forget it is one of the leading fertility clinics in the US so many patients and they can be overwhelmed at times. Also you can always contact them via portal for clarification of any information. Of course every case and person is unique and yes you need to keep trying or else you never know if its possible. Thank you all at Frederick znd Rockville location to make it happen for us

I have not even started IVF yet and my experience has been HELL. No one knows how to do their job, so you will have to do it for them. Dont be offended when they NEVER pick up the phone OR call you back. I have been trying to get a prior authorization approved for way too long because their prior auth team cant seem to figure out how to submit \clinical documentation\... I honestly am so stressed out and over this whole process. They dont make it easy.
