Worst experience ever. Me and my boyfriend called multiple times about a specific car we were interested in. We were led to believe it was available and was told to complete an application for that car. We did so online which listed the specific car we were looking at. This all happened in the same day. We drove 40 min to look at the car and called again on the way to say we completed the app and would be there shortly. The owner, John, continued to talk as if the car was available asking how much we’d put down. When we arrive the car isn’t there. We ask about it and were still told it was available and to have a seat. He tells us we’re approved. I asked again about where the car is and he points to a different car same make and model but a different color and mileage. I state that’s not the one we applied for and at that point he had to admit it was sold. I asked directly if he ran our credit on an application he knew he didn’t have a car for. He ignored my comment and said that they sell lots of car and that he got us approved. I asked if the car he ran our credit for was priced the same as the one listed in the application and he confirmed it was not. I fact it was priced several thousand dollars higher. This was a complete waste of time and misuse of our credit application. Do not go here! Also he is unprofessional while speaking with us stopped and took another call from another customer with questions all the while having their whole conversation openly on speaker phone in front of us. This place is the worst!

Don't deal with this place! They lie and are worst than your typical used car lot. Be very cautious and have your car inspected by a 3rd party if you do plan to buy from them, but their promises are never honored and they don't pick up the phone half the time to speak with anyone.

They lie about a vehicle they offered me, the vehicle they sell here are a total knock off... broken down and in accidents... dont be fooled!! They want your money and sell you junk!
