I had the worst experience ever with this company and their installers \Service Pros.\ I purchased the materials for a kitchen backsplash tile job and hired them to do it. It took 3 weeks to get on the schedule. Once installation day came the installers were late, didn't have the materials they needed and left for over a hour to go get them, stayed until 9:30 pm and left without it done. I waited another 3 weeks for someone to come and finish the job which was horrible (uneven, crooked, grout all over glass tile, no finishing strip, grout all over new cabinets, etc). Several weeks later I was finally able to get someone to do an inspection and said I could get a discount or they could come and redo it. I told them i wanted both. I wanted the job done right and i wanted a discount. After over months of several phone calls, reschedules, missing materials I finally got my tile backsplash done. Four months after I first ordered my materials. I was promised BUT never given ANY COMPENSATION for my time, inconvenience of THEIR mistake. Horribly disappointing!!!!!

Won't refund defective holiday lights that didn't make it through 2 weeks of operation before failing. Store cited a corporate policy that no seasonal item returns after 12-26 (as if that date is the magical end of the holidays). Manager tried to force it through but was unsuccessful. Corporate was useless. Asked for a supervisor but waited around 20 minutes on hold. I wouldn't even care if this was 1 year later. Lowe's had an opportunity to keep me in the store (I needed a few things), all they needed to do was provide some value for the defective lights. Poor experience. Poor logic. I need LVP and carpet later this year, big ticket items. We can go elsewhere.
