Woodmont will always be toxic to employees and residents I am very very very happy that Woodmont pushed me out of the building in such a negative way because if they would’ve not done that I wouldn’t have been in the position I am in now.I am doing fantastic things I would’ve never did if the DON and Administrator wasn’t using me as blame, so I want to thank them for pushing me to go to my new job which I love, but it is not a good place and I probably will never go far because administration and the people that they have working there. Thanks again oh and the good reviews on here Woodmont pays ppl to put up on here what a fraud!!!!! Don’t send your love one here!

As a child I would visit Woodmont each summer with my church to sing with the residents and would always look forward to my visit because it was so nice there. Now I am an adult and my grandmother lives at Woodmont. She needs care that we cannot provide. All of the staff I have worked with in the last year have been so kind and hardworking. The welcome desk, the kitchen staff, the director and activities director, and the nursing staff and cleaning staff work so hard day and night to take care of all the grandmas and grandaddys. I don’t have to worry about grandma because I know she is at Woodmont. The staff is amazing and I hope they know how much our family appreciates all they do and that it doesn’t go unnoticed.

I took my family member some clothes, and snacks on Tuesday Oct 20. He received the clothes in a few hours but the snacks were never received by my family member. When he asked about them, he was told they wasn’t there, they couldn’t find them. When I called about him not receiving them all I got from the young lady that answered the phone was I will go look. As of today Oct 25 2020 the snacks still has not been located. I’m not saying it’s not a good place I’m not happy with items getting lost that I bring for my family member and they act like it’s alright. Update as of noon Oct 26 my family member was given his snacks and drinks, they found them. Thank you!

Not enough room here for all my complaint, but things might have changed in 2 years. I gather there have been many administrative changes since my stay, which would have to be an improvement, but I can't comment. The only bright spot--& that was why I was there--was the therapists. They were4 amazing & ALMOST worth putting up with the sub-standard care (constant staffing issues) & inedible food.

Woodmont is an older building, but the staff are caring, hardworking professional. The facility is clean and odor free. Staff are polite and dedicated to their residents and families. Many staff have worked at the community for serval years and they’re dedicated to providing quality care and rehab services. The administration works with an open door policy.
