Ryan helped me with getting my Vin number, I enjoyed how personable he was. Many employees feel to robotic and by the book now days, not here though. Along with good charm he was fast and efficient. I look forward for to maintenence on my bike here in the future.

The experience at Avalanche was like no other I've had at any other H-D dealership in the country...And I have been to many of them!!! First few steps in the door, Roxie greeted me with a great smile, and proceeded to direct me to a "fit specialist" named Robert. Robert and I spoke for a while about the motorcycle I was looking to purchase. Of course they had it on the floor...they have EVERY bike you can think of on that floor!!! Even though I did not plan to purchase that day, as I was very upfront with Robert, he still took the time to show me around and spend time with me. I love the crew, and when I am ready to purchase in the spring I will absolutely be buying from Avalanche Harley-Davidson! Thank you guys for all your time, and will see you in the spring!
If you want to purchase a new Harley visit Avalanche Harley. They have a staff that works hard to get you what you want. Brad, Sarah, and Harry are top notch. They have treated us like family. Atmosphere was great, people are friendly love the clothes selection. Love all the bikes, in fact iwe just bought one. Looking forward to doing business for many years to come.
