Was a great experience from the time we walked in to the time we left. Matt the salesman was great. Told him what we were looking for he showed us a few different options. The one we decided on is great. And Matt helped with everything we needed.

I was very impressed with the people, process, and service here. John L in sales was attentive, good at communicating with me, and made sure I was happy with the entire process. Even though I wasn't buying a brand new bike, he treated me with respect, made sure that I was comfortable on the bike I chose, and was not pushy at all! Would definitely recommend him to friends and family. John and the Woodstock HD crew have a new customer for life!

Well the experience started ok but just gets worse everyday. My wife bought a motorcycle there. There website says free shipping well yeah if the ever ship they took the money with no issues after us traveling the 3.5 hrs there to make sure she wanted it. We were told we we would have a ship date in a week its been a month now no title no bike and no explanation from anyone there or answers. Be warned believe the reviews we will be asking for a refund soon or retaining a attorney soon. Thank god for a paper trail from a cashiers check.

Outstanding dealership and staff! Went in recently for to shop for a new bike for my 50th birthday and was made to feel like the entire experience was a celebration of my day. Patrick, they sales rep that helped me, is very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to answer any and all questions. The location has a lot of inventory to offer and it's location is perfect for test riding away from heavy traffic. If you're looking to get a Harley, this is the place to go!

Out of all the H-D dealerships in the area, Woodstock is, by far, the BEST! I have never met a better group of guys in my whole life. I'm a new rider and bought my first bike through them, and the entire process couldn't have been more of a breeze. Matt, Charlie, Chris, and Nick did absolutely everything they could to make sure I was able to bring home my bike. They went above and beyond for me, and I couldn't have been more grateful for a painless buyer's experience. All of the departments are super friendly and you really feel like family as soon as you step in the door.
