Always the best service, friendly, personable and very knowledgeable. As soon as you walk in you see friendly faces welcoming you. They give you the time to look around, shop casually, never pushy!! I love going down just to see the new stock and the regulars. The sales folks are awesome they would do what they can to get you the bike you want and can afford. Even if you are just looking go look around and talk to the awesome workers. Thank you all for all your help

Stopped in for some t-shirts shortly before closing time but was never rushed to leave. The staff was very helpful! When checking out was informed of an event they were having the next night with a band, food and vendors. We did attend and had a very enjoyable time listening to the music of The Electric Mud. Thank you HD for providing us with some great customer service and excellent entertainment while visiting Naples!

I can't stay away from this place. Love Everyone here and Love Shopping...You can't ever have enough merchandise. Thank You Melissa, Berlie, Kristi, and the others whose name I will remember later. I feel So informed about the proper attire to wear as a Harley rider and all that which will make it a Smooth ride on my own bike.

Love this dealership! Always been fine folks to do business with. Especially the Parts department. They have the parts and accessories I want and need, which is great because who's got the time to wait.... Especially when we want to be out there hitting the ol' dusty trails on our iron steeds! Am I right. Or am I right. Or am I right?! And if they don't have what I want and need -rarely ever happens- Don at the Parts counter always goes above and beyond making sure I get exactly what I'm looking for in a timely manner. I don't know how he does it... the dude is pure magic! Best dealership EVER! PERIOD!

Went in after lunch just to take a look at some of the bikes with a few buddies and was instantly and friendly greeted by John "Sockhead". Very knowledgeable about all the bikes and took his time to explain the differences between the models and the new "special" line of bikes. John also informed about the events they hold on Saturdays (demo rides, live music, food and beer). Looking forward to making an event or two and going on a few test rides. I currently ride a sport bike, but will definitely come back and see John when I'm ready to buy a Harley.

As a long time biker I have owned several motorcycles including "Metric" bikes, however, Harley Davidson is and has been my brand of choice for most of my adult life. Yes it's about the machine, however the "lifestyle" seems to be as big of a draw and is so enjoyed by Harley owners. I have had the opportunity to be a customer of many Harley Dealerships all across the country and I am happy to say Naples Harley Davidson sets themselves apart from any of the other dealerships I have used. Naples Harley rocks! Thanks to all of the employees that make the Naples Harley experience an excellent one!

I am Linda Hart and I never wrote a review on Naples Harley Davidson. I do not like the fact that someone from there wrote a review in my name. I was there and I think the new financial department sucks. I bought a bike there 2 years ago had a great experience. Wanted to get a newer bike and trade mine in, they were offering me less then 1/2 of what I paid for the bike. They were not very friendly, cold I would say. I do not like the new financial department. The rest of the staff as always was very friendly and helpful. I loved the old financial department. Then I received a message from google maps that said I left a review and I never did, I think that is very deceitful that they would post a good review in someone’s name without them knowing. So now I Linda hart am posting a review. They should be ashamed they did that. So beware of the financial lady. She sucks
