I normally do not leave reviews on anything. This absolutely was such an awful experience that I have to leave this review. We were visiting from out of town for a hockey tournament. I was approached by a member of the staff and without any explanation she began screaming at me. I realize that their are covid requirements at many of the rinks. As a doctor I completely respect the health issues. I just would like to be treated respectfully. This is not a place where you should expect to be treated with any respect. She harassed me and another father on the team. Instead of nicely explaining the rules she screamed at me in my face...so much for social distancing. She also used profanity in front of children! If you can avoid this rink I would! The staff is disrespectful and does not know how to treat people. I will also be reporting this to the youth hockey association.

Just didn’t feel welcome during open skate staff weren’t friendly and older kids including the staff would cut in front of younger kids.
