I had them come out to inspect the home that I was purchasing. The walkthrough went really well and the documentation was strong enough that the seller decided to fix all of the areas pointed out in the report, potentially saving me thousands. I would highly recommend them. Also, they get bonus points for getting out within 48 hours of my first call.

The inspector was not informed that he would meet my husband at the property to go through the report. He flew to Texas just to meet the inspector, and had to do it over the phone, what he could have done from anywhere. He was nice and helpful over the phone. In general, the report and the inspection was good.
