I contacted Thomas with Excellent American Painting & Handyman Service to help us with some siding issues on our house in Frisco. We were so impressed with his work we hired Thomas to help us remodel and update our kitchen. Thomas installed new back splash, a new kitchen sink, gave our cabinets a beautiful face lift with new paint and hardware, and painted the kitchen and breakfast nook walls. Thomas takes pride in his work, has great expertise with carpentry, electrical and plumbing. He also takes time to explain the process and is very transparent about any issues he might discover that need to be addressed or fixed. I recommend Excellent Handyman for any of your home improvement needs.

I am so satisfied and thank so much! Today He fixed and painted my house exterior broken siding. Thomas does work so great! He is really professional worker and he is so fast, clean. I highly recommand. Later I 'll call again if I need to fix something.
Do not hesitate to hire Thomas . He not only does great work, but he's a really trustworthy and great guy! He replaced wood around garage door with painting ,reasonable price. Honestly and working hard man who does things like that these days? I showed him another project I was trying to complete on my own, (a broken door knob) and he went ahead and did that for me as well! He even helped me discard the heavy leftover concrete board I purchased for the job. I definitely plan on hiring him to do more work in the future. He's reliable, trustworthy, reasonably priced and a great conversationalist to boot!

Since the company is small, the overhead costs are low and he can therefore provide very competitive pricing. I was a little concerned with the quality due to the competitiveness of the pricing so I asked him to walk me through his process. He patiently explained to me his plan and even let me know about the risks. When he started the project, I realized my concern was unnecessary. Thomas has been in the construction business for decades and his experience was indisputable as I watched him complete the project with efficiency and quality.
Thomas, I again want to thank you for the excellent job you did on repairing the trim on my chimney stack that was rotted. Your knowledge and professionalism were much appreciated. As with any construction project there can be obstacles that come up, you kept me informed and provided solutions. I can appreciate a person that is not just doing a job but doing a job as is it was their own personal issue. This is the first time I used a “handyman service” and I chose right.
