Unfortunately I had to go to urgent care for sever altitude sickness while visiting Breckenridge. I was prescribed oxygen and the clinic faxed my prescription to three different companies. Summit was the first to call me, they delivered the tank to my hotel room within two hours. I kept it for four days and they picked it up from my hotel as well. They were quick, responsive, and convenient. They also let you know that they do not file with insurance. I could've tried to file with insurance with the other companies but I chose not to.

Summit oxygen had a booth set up at my wedding reception in Vail and they did an awesome job! Everyone loved sitting at the stations and the employee was very sociable and fun! They stayed over the scheduled time and were so easy to work with and organize.
I had a great experience with Summit Oxygen in every respect. Crystal handled my calls and my order. The machine was delivered on time and the delivery technician was polite and friendly. The price was fair. Over all, the experience could not have been better. I highly recommend Summit Oxygen.
After going to the urgent care, we needed oxygen for our kiddo who was diagnosed with pneumonia at the beginning of our vacation. Summit oxygen was the only company out of three companies who called back and promptly! Customer service was excellent with easy delivery and pick up. Thank you Summit Oxygen for our peace of mind!
Everyone who works there is very rude apparently because they feel like they supply you oxygen they don't have to be nice to you, after all, people only need oxygen to live. 1st of all my oxygen was delivered 2 to 3 hours late (Delivery guy was very polite) then on the 3rd day, after oxygen supplies & equipment was delivered, some woman from the office called and said,\ we need to deliver your oxygen\. I could have died they thought they were gonna deliver on Monday when I was released on Saturday, they had 3 hours to deliver after my released from the hospital. From there, she went to harassing me for money, and she didn't ask me just once she asked me more than twice for 87 & change payment after I've had the equipment 3 days, that I remind you, she didn't even know I had. After saying please just bill me when bill is due many times before she let me hang up, & I immediately began to review oxygen equipment to purchase, as I never want to deal with any company that is this rude. Then when I called up to have the equipment picked up they hung up on me and the manager Christ was just as rude, as her associates. Finally I had a Nicole call me back related to a message I left and she was very kind, she also mentioned that I need a doctor's script to return the equipment for them to stop billing insurance company, where all the others failed to say anything about that. She was reasonable and listen to my concerns and honored my request without argument or being rude. She should probably be the manager. If they don't get more like Nicole they will go out of business, just because you need oxygen to live doesn't mean you should be treated like that by any oxygen company. I don't recommend you use this business.
