I’ve never been so frustrated in my entire life. It has taken 3 months to get a temporary line run across the road just to have the worst internet ever. The first technician that came out said we needed a phone cable laid in order to get internet. Which is fine, I get that. So they weren’t able to install it that day... no problem. But it takes them a month to get back after the order has been placed. Then when they did come back it was a different technician. He ended up getting us connected onto our neighbors phone line but he had to run a temporary cable across the highway because the hookups were across the road. In my head, I’m thinking “why didn’t the first technician say anything about it?” So anyways, he says they would have to send another person back to dig underneath the road because obviously we weren’t going to have the best connection with a cable out in the middle of the road being run over. After 2 weeks, we decided to call and check on our because the cable on the road was pretty much destroyed and I didn’t want to pay for internet that want even working. We talked to Precision Utility first and they told us they had sent someone to our house to run the cable but it wasn’t long enough to reach the hookups so they had to order more cable. Upon further investigation, they saw that Frontier had cancelled our order. We called frontier who couldn’t tell us why the order had been cancelled but that they would send someone out to check our connection because they “can’t take the customers word” about the cable being torn up. Every time the send a technician, something happens and we are without internet once again. None of the technicians are on the same page about anything. And apparently they are just SO busy it takes months to get service. If you can help it, don’t bother! If it weren’t our only option we wouldn’t have put up with them for this long. And Frontier if you’re reading this, YOU’RE TRASH!

I would rather eat a brick at 100mph than ever deal with there tech support or techs there slow af and can never help you what so ever it’s just would you like a tech to come out in 5 to 10 days like come on I need it now

I have been trying get phone and internet installed since January 1st. It is now March 11th... They never show up. Never call. And when I call them the 6 times if tried to find out why the install never took place, they have a excuse and then tell me the will flag the I stallation and escalate the service as priority. Then the never show up again... Mind you, we rarely leave our home. It was impossible to miss us. Then I call them back, wait 2 to 3 hours on hold or being transfered to another agent that has no idea, and I have to reexplain the situation and tell them the troubles we have encounter get the installation.. They schedule another install 2 weeks out... I don't think they will show up for this on either.. And the customer support seems to not even.care. They just want to put in 8 hours and go home. This is the worst telephone or internet company I have ever encountered. Some one at the corporate office needs to start fixing the customer service issues and also begin maintaining their equipment that is falling apart in the field... If you have a choice of internet companys or phone company's... Run like hell... Far far away From frontier, do waste your valuable life and time on this ridiculous company

I setup an install date after being on the phone for almost an hour (a very lengthy process with a credit check that I passed). I get a voicemail from a lady that didnt speak english about a week later, I have no idea what she said other than ed flag on your accout.\ Called and was told I need to call tech support because of the dead end robot that wanted my account number. So I call again without an account number for which I do not have yet, talk to another broken english lady that told me I am not on file, get transferred to a guy that took down all my info and couldn't help. All I wanted to do was cancel my install date, but if I'm not on file good riddance! I can only imagine dealing with a real issue
