Nothing but on going issues with this company. My area just hook up to get internet. So I signed up to get an install date. Great. Tech missed appointment and didn’t not call. So I messaged frontier, they did the whole I’m sorry thing and rescheduled for the next day. Tech missed appointment and didn’t not call. So I messaged frontier, now we don’t have a part so it’s long to be awhile. Lovely. So I said i want to cancel my whole order and refund my deposit. She said she would but that’s not what she did. She refunded my deposit but didn’t cancel my order. She changed it and completed the order. How can you complete an order that’s not even installed? So anyways, She changed it to from me having internet and phone to just phone. I don’t understand how we go from canceling to changing my order. Best part is, I didn’t authorize that cancel. So now I have a bill also because cause it’s been complete.

Worst internet service ever! What a joke! Impossible to use more than one device at a time, and even that takes twice as long as it should. Customer service is so terrible I don’t even bother trying to call anymore. Paying a high price for poor service. I would not recommend Frontier. Explore other options if you can.

SCAM ARTIST! Canceled my service end of December. They are trying to charge me for January and February saying I didn't cancel. Talked to a customer service rep and they said they could see I hadn't used the service those 2 months but it didn't matter and I'd have to pay or it would affect my credit. It's been sent to collections and it's still not resolved.
