Tech Daniela from Brinks, was professional and friendly. She encouraged me to rate their service as soon as she finished installing the equipment at my home. However, a sensor from my door fell off. I’ve been waiting for months for my Doorbell camera to be installed, which I’ve been paying for. I talked to owner several times asking him to send someone out to install the doorbell camera that I’ve been paying for but he has not come out or sent a technician. I found it unfair how I’ve been paying for equipment I don’t have installed which forced me to call for a cancellation. They told us the cancellation fee was 2,000 and we still had to pay 1,000 for the equipment. The owner does not seem to care about protecting family’s home, but about making sales. Such bad experience!
