Used to be a very good dealership. The service Dept refused to do warranty work and the parts staff is less than mediocre. I bought my last bike from them and went to them exclusively but when it changed ownership it went down hill.

****UPDATE***02/24/2021 Nothing has been resolved still. The extended service plan that is around 2k hasn’t been refunded since Nov 7 2020. Spoke with the general manager and finance who tells me they will look into it with no update or solution. At one point I was told the check was lost and had to be resent. Still waiting for the refund. ***Update**** The cancellation letter stated that a refund will be processed within 30 days from the date cancelled on 11/07/2020. It has been over 60 days now and the amount has not been credited to my account. I haven’t received an update from the manager as well and it has been 2 weeks since they said one will be provided. ********************** After cancelling the extended service plan, I didn’t receive a refund within the 30 days that the cancellation letter stated. It has been 49 days and the amount was still not credited to my account. I tried calling, left voicemails, and emailed accounting. However, each time I am not able to get a hold of them and never get a reply back. I am hoping that I can, at least, get an update on the refund or get the credit applied to the account.

Great buying experience. I went to several other Harley Stores and these guys really earned my business. Donny the sales manager is honest and transparent, and by salesman Richard was really committed to helping me find the right bike. Also, they were really kind and respectful to my wife and daughter which I didn't really get at other dealerships. Good guys, good team, and in my opinion people like that should be supported. If you're considering a Harley, I personally recommend at least giving them a shot.
